- **Reusable capacity:** free users can store up to 25 surveys on the device at a time. This is a storage cap, not a lifetime survey limit; export or delete completed surveys to make room and continue using the app.

DampApp Pro is built for the individual surveyor carrying out an inspection and producing a report. It is different from HousingSurvey Pro, which is for housing associations and councils managing organisation-wide case records, work orders and integrations across a housing stock rather than single-property report generation.
