Your first survey, step by step

Set up your report identity
Open Settings and add your name, company details and relevant qualifications. Check your logo, colours and report preferences before your first export.
Step 3
Create a survey and use the cards
Choose New Survey from the home screen. The survey dashboard groups the work into cards, so you can move between property details, rooms, evidence, readings and optional assessment tools without losing your place.
Step 4
Capture evidence on site
Add observations, photographs and meter readings room by room. Use only the sections that are relevant, and record enough context for another reader to follow your reasoning.
Step 5
Review and generate the PDF
Open the report preview, verify the factual details and recommendations, then use Share or Email to create the PDF. Save a copy in line with your own records policy.
A simple dashboard habit
Treat each dashboard card as a part of the evidence trail. If something needs correcting in the report preview, return to the source card rather than working around it in the final wording.
