From temperature and relative humidity it calculates dew point, vapour pressure and specific humidity on-device, aligned with BS 5250, to evidence condensation risk — no external spreadsheets or converters needed.
How does DampApp Pro help with Awaab’s Law records?▾
It uses an EXIF-derived capture time when available, otherwise a clearly identified attachment time, and combines that with psychrometric readings in a dated record. Current Awaab’s Law rules apply to English social housing; the planned private-sector extension remains a Phase 3 measure with its start date TBC.
